Profile picture not allowing picture uploads

Kevin Cei

Hello,

Our organization is trying to update profile pictures but when we go to both the profile page and "manage my account", when you click on upload picture, nothing happens. Users can upload header pictures to their profile with no issue, but not a profile picture.

Tried in both chrome and safari, same results

Hi Kevin,

I know that we had an incident that was preventing users from uploading avatar photos, and I think it might be what you were encountering. Could you take a look and confirm?

ID-6754 Can't change the profile picture(avatar) from people directory of the instance

If so, I believe the problem was fixed on the 14th. Can you confirm if you're still having the problem?

Regards,

Shannon
