How to restore the Project Dump from JIRA v7.13 to JIRA v8.0?

I was working on JIRA v7.13 but due to some issue i have to migrate to JIRA v8.0, Can anyone help me out to restore the Project which was backedup in JIRA v7.13 to JIRA v8.0 or if anyone have the JIRA v7.13 setup please help me by poviding it..
