BigPicture for trello power-up NOT WORKING

Hi, I am trying to open the gantt (done with BigPicture) associated to a board, however, it reports the following errors, for the different browsers:

- Chrome and Microsoft Edge:

Which I tried to solve following the indicated steps:

But it still doesn't work.
