When creating cases in Jira Service Desk, do these show up on the Salesforce within that customer's account for their open current cases?

Hey Mark,

ServiceRocket offers two solutions that can probably work for you. The Connector for Salesforce and Jira is a wholesome solution for not only relating your Salesforce accounts to Jira issues but also you build extensive workflows that allow your team to automate and create immersive transparency.

The second solution Connector for Salesforce and JSD is more geared towards creating transparency across the two technologies specifically for Jira ServiceDesk agents to get a clear picture of their customer's information that is stored on the Salesforce side.

Feel free to evaluate both apps and let me know if you have any questions!

Best,

Aidin

I have the same question, we want to be able to see Service Desk activity from inside of SalesForce.

I assume you did not find an answer as well Matt?

The less expensive Connector for Salesforce & JSD just reads fixed fields from Salesforce into JSD but Service Rocket also also sells Connector for Salesforce & Jira which is bi-directional and customizable.
