Recently we migrated from jira Cloud to Server edition and found that some mention record in comment field were not resolved to user name as reported JRASERVER-70190.  According to it, Atlassian releases "Cloud Compatibility for Jira" apps in Marketplace.

Does anyone know it and if there are any restintion?

According to JRASERVER-71528,  Atlassian updated document "Migrating from Jira Cloud to Server" .  Permanent solution for displaying "accountid:*******" at mention in comment field  is updating jiraaction table by SQL...
