new user not able to access project

I added a new user in the project, she is able to login to JIRA but not able to access the project details and not able to view board and user story information

She able to login would mean she has got license to the site but she additionally needs access to projects to view the board and data in them.

Are you a project admin of this project in question?

Is it team or company managed project? How did you add user?

Yes I am the project Admin, I am able to add/remove the members.

I gave a member access to the person. Other persons with member access are able to view the user stories and project activities in JIRA
