Hello @onlinedocusa

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

As this is a user community, where users of the Atlassian products help other users, we don't have any direct access to help you restore you data. We can only offer advice.

When was the subscription deactivated?

You may be able to reactivate it yourself if it is listed in the Inactive tab, as per this documentation.

https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/

If you are not able to reactivate it you need to contact Atlassian directly to find out if they can help you. Atlassian keeps data from deactivated subscriptions for a limited time, so if it has been months since the deactivation it is possible the data has already been deleted permanently.

To contact Atlassian on this topic complete and submit the form at the Licensing support page:

https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
