Hello, I have an issue with Jira reports. Standard users are no longer able to see the 'More reports' tab in the Reports section, but administrators can still access it
Hi Nukri,
A few things worth checking, since this usually comes down to permissions/project role rather than a bug:
1. Permission scheme — check if standard users still have the correct project role assigned (e.g., a role tied to "Software Access" or similar). Reports visibility is often tied to project role/permissions, not just general site access.
2. Plan tier — since you mentioned Free plan, keep in mind Jira Cloud Free has reduced reporting features compared to Standard/Premium. It's worth confirming whether "More reports" is fully available on Free for non-admin users, or if it's gated by plan.
3. Recent changes — did anything change recently around this time? A permission scheme update, group membership change, or a license/plan change could explain users losing access while admins retain it (since admins often bypass standard permission checks).
If you go to Project Settings > Permissions for the affected project, you should be able to see exactly which roles/groups currently have visibility into Reports — that's a good starting point to compare against what standard users are actually in.
Hope this helps narrow it down!
