Hi guys,
I want to know how to show task from another project in jira timeline?
If epic ticket is in Project A and the task ticket is from Project B, is it possible to show task ticket in Porject B's timeline(roadmap)?
Since we are using project by team base (Development, Design, Marketing etc.), when I added filter to add Project A's task in Project B's timeline, it displayed all Project A's Epic tickets on Project B's timeline....
please let me know how to do this ...!!!
thanks,
Hi @신자민 ,
Welcome to the Community! Do you have specific criteria of what to show from Project A? You could use 'components' or 'labels' to tag those tickets that you'd like to be included in the results and add filter clause to select those 'components' or 'labels'.
project in (<project_A>) and component in ("example1", "example2") or labels in ("one", "two")
Or is you have a specific list of Jira issues from Project A to be included you could call them out in the query.
project in (<project_A>) and issuekey in (<issue_key>)
thanks for the reply @Carlos Garcia Navarro
but i want to know how to display ticket which issued in Project B to Project A's timeline. I think eventhough if I set same label or component, Project A's timeline won't display that ticket because it is from different project.
please help meeeee T_T
