I reset my password multiple times still it is not allowing me to login

Are you 100% sure that you are entering the correct email address and password to login?
Do you have multi-factor authentication enabled?
Are you using just the native Atlassian Cloud authentication or is your password being verified against another source like Azure or Google?

As this is a user community and we all use our own copies of Jira, I have no access to or information about that site.
Is that a Jira Cloud instance or a Jira Data Center instance?
Have you ever been able to login to that site before?
Are you an administrator for that site or just a user of it?
Have you contacted the people or organization that told you to access that site?
I have login before. I am not admin.
I will contact organization.
