Hi,

This Jira https://asiainspection.atlassian.net/browse/SP-3160 was assigned to this developer https://admin.atlassian.com/s/49461bac-4850-486b-b7b7-2425cac42589/users/5f69c55429ef2800702d0b0a but when we checked the Jira, the developer name was looking like this. Please advise what went wrong and how to prevent it. Thanks.Wrong Developer Name.png

Hi @Leonardo Jiang

This is a feature of Jira since the GDPR rules changed - it usually shows this way in a search, but can show on this screen too.

Regards, Liam

Thanks, Liam. Is there any side-affect? Will the assigned developer lose any tickets? How do we prevent the same from happening because we want it to show the actual developer name only?:)

Hi

I don't think there are any side effects, no.

What happens if you search for the developer name?  Does it show this ticket with others?
