Why is the time in status app not working? Is there a fix?

We use the time in status app regularly, it has recently started showing 'this page isnt available' etc..

We have perfromed an update but still having teh same issue. 

Is anyone else having this issue or foudn a solution?

Hi @Nathan Parfitt 

Seems maybe the case the monthly fee for the app is not paid?

Check within Administration to Billing seciotn.

There are many different Time in Status apps available in the Atlassian Marketplace, and from your question it’s not clear which one you are using. Each app is developed by a different vendor, so troubleshooting steps can vary.
