Why cloud instances is not created in jira

incorrect, need to create a cloud site first since there's no instance found in the system. follow the correct format (https://atl-vertigo--shard-jira-prod-test-us-2--example.atlassian.net) please help me.. tried many times with correct format but getting this error.

If you are seeing an error message on a screen, can you provide an image that shows that screen and error message?

Where is that prompt coming from? That seems to be some form for a process that is separate from Atlassian itself. Is this from a training program provided by Atlassian, or were you directed to this form by somebody in your organization? Can you provide a link to the documentation you are referencing for this form?

The form is asking you for an Atlassian instance name, but appears to expect that site to already exist. It is directing you to create your Jira Cloud instance, and then enter the URL of the Jira Cloud instance that you created.

Were there previous steps that provided instructions to you about creating a Jira Cloud instance?
