Using automation, how to create recurring epic, it's tasks, and sub-tasks?

I am trying to resolve a user's request of creating automation for recurring epic and it's children (both hierarchy levels, tasks and sub-tasks). They also need the fields like description, labels, and assignee copied from previous month's epic/task/sub-task. 

I found out how to schedule recurring epics (single hierarchy level) but I am not sure how to copy the entire hierarchy. Is that even possible to do without using any add-on?

Are you trying to copy an existing Epic with its child issues and their subtasks, or are you trying to create them from scratch?
