We are transferring spaces to a new Atlassian instance and the users that are coming over from that instance have a new user login. These logins are being integrated from Azure. The users from the old instance came over with the transfer and new users are being invited as part of the SSO integration.
We want to replace all of the old user IDs in the various parts of the system with their corresponding new user IDs. It looks like we should be able to do a mass exchange of user IDs using the RestAPI, but for some reason it's giving us an authentication error.
Does anyone have any experience with this process?
