Updated Claude MCP not supporting pagination?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
In updating the Atlassian MCP with Claude Code to use https://mcp.atlassian.com/v1/mcp , pagination of Cloud Jira search results (via nextPageToken and isLast) is no longer working. Claude reports that nextPageToken is still part of the mcp schema. Is this a bug or expected limitation?
