Updated Claude MCP not supporting pagination?

In updating the Atlassian MCP with Claude Code to use https://mcp.atlassian.com/v1/mcp , pagination of Cloud Jira search results (via nextPageToken and isLast) is no longer working. Claude reports that nextPageToken is still part of the mcp schema. Is this a bug or expected limitation?

MCP installed via 

claude mcp add --transport http atlassian https://mcp.atlassian.com/v1/mcp

I thought this was support? I followed link from https://github.com/atlassian/atlassian-mcp-server?tab=readme-ov-file#support-and-feedback and typing in my question routed me to post here. Let me know where else I should report. Thank you.
