Under the details field , is there an option to customize only the options I want

Can you provide a screen image of what you are referring to when you say "details field"?
When viewing an issue there is a Details panel on the right that shows some of the fields for the issue. Is that what you are referring to?

Instead of having so many options that I don't need, I'd prefer to filter and display only a few specific fields in my cases or my view
The fields shown in that panel are determined by the Configure Layout option. The layout applies to all issues of the same type in the project.

Individual personalization of this display is limited. An individual cannot remove fields from this display for a personalized view. The option available to an individual to personalize the view would be to select fields to "pin" at the top of the list.
