I am trying to create a new Jira Cloud site, but the creation process keeps failing with an internal server error.

Latest error tracking ID:10c163b7-dead-405e-ad13-4a15d2b7bc9f

Troubleshooting steps I have already tried:

• Used incognito/private window
• Cleared browser cache and cookies
• Disabled all extensions and ad blockers
• Tried multiple different site names
• Switched to mobile hotspot network
• Restarted browser and device
• Logged out and logged back in

The issue still persists. Please investigate the backend logs using the error ID above and help resolve the site creation failure.

Network: Mobile hotspot (no VPN or proxy)

This looks like a backend issue while creating your Jira Cloud site. Since you’ve already tried all basic steps, it’s not from your side.
