Timereports plugin stopped working

I can normally use the Tempo plugin in Microsoft Edge, but on Google Chrome I can't point hours or view the notes of the month!

My team is also seeing this issue. Our plugin page won't load for users and just shows a popup saying "Something's gone wrong", with several errors:

All of these network requests result in error 409 "user not enrolled":
