Hi, my organisation was removed due to inactivity "theteapotplatform.atlassian.net".  Is there any way to recover this? It has been 19 days since it was deactivated. I wasn't able to find the organisation Id in my email inbox, even though it has JIRA/Confluence regular emails. I would be thankful if somebody could recover this.

Hello @J-Tech

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

This is a user community. We don't have access to help you recover your data. You will need to contact Atlassian.

The email you received stating the deactivation was occurring should include a "contact us" link. Use that to reach out to Atlassian for help.

Be advised that after deactivating a subscription Atlassian keeps the data for a limited period of time. Your data may have been permanently deleted already.

If you no longer have the email then you can complete and submit the form at the Atlassian Licensing Support site to contact Atlassian for help.
