Hello community,
Could you help me find a solution to the following problem?
I need to generate a technical report based on summarized comments from several epics; however, I also need the associated images to be included. Does anyone know of an AI tool or application that provides this capability?
Hello @Matheus Silva
Welcome to the community ✨
Could you provide a bit more detail about the actual use case and expected output?
For example:
The reason I ask is because, depending on the complexity and report volume, this may already be achievable with native Jira Automation, Atlassian Intelligence, or ScriptRunner. In some cases, ScriptRunner Connect’s free plan may also be sufficient.
However, if the requirements involve advanced contextual summarization, structured AI-generated reporting, and image handling across multiple Epics, then a custom Marketplace Forge application may be the better approach.
If possible, please also share:
That would make it much easier to determine whether this is primarily an automation/design challenge or something that would require a custom solution.
Hi @Kevin KadakasThank you for the response.
Currently, we have an automation that uses AI to summarize task comments and post the summary at the epic level. However, images are only added as attachments rather than being embedded within the content.
We are exploring a solution capable of generating relevant summaries from comments while also embedding the associated images directly into the report. Additionally, the output should be generated in Word or PDF format. This report would be created on a monthly basis and could be generated manually if needed.
At the moment, I have member-level access, but I am responsible for identifying potential solutions. I have already attempted to export cards via SQL and process them through AI tools for summarization; however, none of the solutions tested so far have been able to preserve or incorporate images within the summarized content.
