On a first EPIC, the Story Points Rollup gives the correct SUM.
On a second EPIC of the same project, the Story Points Rollup gives ZERO.
What is wrong with the second EPIC?
The Fix Versions, Component, and Story Points fields are all correct.
Story points from the User Story issue are rolled up to the parent Epic.
The default script is being used summing from roll-up of sprints, releases, teams, and estimates in the fields section.
I am not an advanced user, and the script I believe is the default one.
I have noticed if the Fix Versions field is empty then then the story points are not accounted for.
Thank you for the help
Hi @Alexandre Daher -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Where and how are you summing the values?
For example, with an automation rule to a custom field, with a marketplace app and scripted field, etc. Knowing how you are doing this sum will help the community offer better suggestions.
Kind regards,
Bill
