I am working with Jira Cloud for Sheets to pull data via filters into Google Sheets for analysis. As of a couple weeks ago, I was able to make changes in Jira or create new filters and would see this reflected in Google Sheets when making updates. As of today, some starred filters are showing up, but any new filters or title edits are not reflecting in the Sheets integration. Additionally, the filter(s) currently in use do not appear in the Filter field (and when refreshing, the integration spits out an error indicating it cannot function with a blank field), but I can click "Open in Jira" and it takes me to the correct filter (which is otherwise absent/inaccessible in the integration).

I have attempted to re-install the app, update permissions, and re-login in to both Google and Jira without avail. How can I remedy this issue to use the integration as intended?

I’ve seen this before in my opinion it’s a cache/sync issue on the Google Sheets side; try reinstalling after clearing cache, use the filter ID from the Jira URL instead of the name, wait a few hours for sync, and if that doesn’t work, raise a ticket with Atlassian support.
