ProseMirror json to ADF format

Hi, I am a newbie here.

I already have a customized ProseMirror in my project.
How can I parse the format to the ADF format so that it can be used in the Jira cloud?

I already find the @atlaskit/adf-schema and @atlaskit/adf-utils but doesn't have any document or source code to help me use this.
