Hi,
My Jira adminstrator just turned on Product Discovery, I've just created a project with the template, but there is no section to add new ideas or to add views.
Message: 'This project is currently empty
The data will be created the next time a project administrator with access to Jira Product Discovery opens it. You can open project settings.
I've tried searching for the answer online, but I can't find others experiencing the same issue.
Are we missing some settings?
Thanks in advance!
Hi all,
By now the administrator and I found the solution. There was an empty group created in Jira which did not have any members yet. The members were added and now we are able to see all the features!
Hey @Loes van Dijk , glad you found the solution! We're having the same problem. What is the name of the group you found in Jira?

We fixed it but don't entirely know how. The last thing we did was have a Jira Admin add themselves to that group. This seems to have triggered something that then enabled the product to work.

I can't believe they still haven't fixed this UX issue. It's an onboarding blocker, and sure would affect their revenue.
