Paid Standard plan to Free plan

Hi, all,

If I upgrade to Standard Jira plan and pay by user as we have 11 people on a monthly basis, and then one of users leaves and we are back to 10 - can we downgrade to a free plan again in the next month?

Definitely, you can downgrade from the Standard plan to the Free plan if your team size decreases to 10 or fewer users.
