Open Link in New TAB

We used to be able to right click on a JIRA ticket name (inside a column) and select Open Link IN New Tab - you cant do that anymore.

You have to open the ticket / task and then go to the Name / Title right click and OPEN In New TAB - why has this feature from the column been removed?

"open in new tab/window" is a browser function, but it relies on the page you are on telling the browser that the text has a link behind it.

The places I right-click-open-new still all seem to give me the new tab/window, but that's just the way I use it.  I think you are looking at something that I would not use it from, but I cannot work out where.  

Could you explain "inside a column" more?  What page(s) does this column appear?
