Notification bell icon in the board on issue

I would like to have the little red notification bell show up on individual issues when someone is mentioned. I know this is a feature in Trello and i am hoping to use it in Jira

It was just a visible reminder to anyone with a notification pertaining to that issue that they have not looked at the issue yet. I love the notification system built into Jira but one of our users is not particularly tech savvy and is hoping to use that same function from Trello so that when they look at the board they just have a little red bell to tell them they need to look at that issue.
