Not able to login through Jira Mobile App due to Action Blocked by your organization

Hi Community,

Our company has configured an Intune Policy to authenticate to any AD connected application through Azure AD and by this all Atlassian accounts authentication happens only through Edge Browser. And here the redirection rule from Chrome/Safari has been written, while it is working for other applications, it is not working for Atlassian Jira cloud

Please find the error below

Also experiencing this issue.  Oddly, Jira login works fine, but Confluence login results in this message.

Please make sure you exclude the Jira and Confluence Android app identifiers from your app protection policy for Android to resolve this issue. 

Log in  to Microsoft Intune > Apps  > App Protection Policies then select your android policy. Once in the Android policy then look under manage > properties.  Once in the properties then go down to Data Protection and select Edit. Look for Select Apps to exempt and then click the blue select button

In the key value pair field in Exempt Apps the first value the name will be Jira and the value will be com.atlassian.android.jira.core 

For the second value the name will be Confluence and the value will be com.atlassian.android.confluence.core 

Make sure each one is in place depending on the app that you are trying to fix
