As the titled mentioned Not able to import from monday the table I need, I keep getting emails that import failed and need to contact the support.

I assume you got to this via the path to create a new Project and then selected Monday as the app to import.
Did the troubleshooting guide not help?
Also, I will see if someone from Atlassian can come take a look since you are on a Free subscription. It might be related to that, but I don't know.
