Today I logged in into my account after a few months and there seems to be no trace of the space and project that I've created.
In the admin panel it shows the activity I had on Jira creating and completing tickets, and I also have an email with the tickets list, but when I try to access them, they don't show anywhere, as if they never existed.

@ftesone-lp if you able to see the tickets created and no longer exist when you click on them. It looks like your project deleted or archived.

Then you must wait till one of a great Champions maybe Flag it for Support.
