Migration of jira projects from one instance to another with users

Hi 

Iam need to work on migration of Jira service management,  jira software projects with confluence pages from one instance of Jira to another instance.

also need to migrate users to another instance of Jira and later we need to map users with their new email ids

request community to share their thoughts on this.
