Merging of an idea

I merged an idea and now want to revert. I go to the target idea and do not see where I can revert as an option as the resource suggest.

Based on the tags on your post, this looks like Jira Product Discovery, so here's what Atlassian's documentation says: go to the target idea, look for a "Merged from" section, click into each merged idea listed there, and restore them from the archive (merged ideas get archived, not deleted, when a merge happens).

If you're not seeing a "Merged from" section on the target idea, try checking your space name > (...) > View archived ideas directly, the originally-merged idea should be sitting there even if it's not visibly linked back for some reason. Select it and choose Restore.
