Jita plugin app is not available in Marketplace

Could you let me know to whom I should send the following request: we submit Jira plugin app in Marketplace. All surveys are submitted and confirmed. Status of the app is Public. But I still can not find our plugin in Marketplace, and it's not clear whet are the next steps?

Hi,

If your app shows **Public** but isn’t visible in the Marketplace, it’s usually due to indexing delay, incomplete listing details, or visibility settings (e.g., unlisted/private).

Please double-check that the listing is searchable and all required information is complete. It can also take some time for new apps to appear.

If everything looks correct, contact **Atlassian Marketplace Support** through the Partner Portal — they can confirm the status and next steps.
