Jira project creation

I am looking to create a Jira Project with 3-4 sub-task and have each subtask limited to selective supplier.

Eg Subtask A should be only visible to Supplier X

subtask B to only Supplier Y 

Please suggest, may be a document to refer to ?

You could do this with issue security, but that only works on standard work items, not on subtasks since they get the same security level as the parent. But if you instead of using parent task - subtask use tasks that are linked as parent/child this can be done. You can learn more about issue security in this KB.
