JQL query to filter out issue having Web Links

Hi Guys,

Need your help in filtering out issues, in which Web Link is not added. 

I have tried to filter out issue using this JQL :  comment !~"mentioned this issue in a merge request of abc-qa / spr-automation"

But sill issue is showing in JQL because of Automation of Jira added a comment. 

Kindly suggest any workaround.
