Issue creating Jira Story: only 3 fields visible and “Failed to retrieve dynamic inputs” error

When trying to create a Story using Create a new issue, only the following fields are shown:

• Jira instance
• Project
• Issue Type

The Summary and all other required fields are missing. At the top, we get this error:

Failed to retrieve dynamic inputs. Error details: 'The dynamic operation request to API 'jira' operation 'ListIssueTypesFields_V2' failed with status code 'BadGateway'. Has anyone encountered this issue before?
Could it be related to a custom field configuration, unsupported field type, or permissions on the project/issue type?

Any guidance on how to fix this would be appreciated.

I assume I's an issue related to an app you are using. Could it be Power Automate ?

@Florian Bonniec Yes, I’m using a Power Automate action. What’s confusing is that the error only occurs when creating a Story, because I tested creating a Task and it works correctly.

I'm not familiar with this but, does customfield_10265 have a context for your project and type Story ? DO you see any difference in context between Task and Story for this field ?

Is the field on both screen Task/Story ? I could explain why it's working on Task and not Story.

Same for field configuration.
