Issue Id and parent fields are missing for mapping when importing issues through CSV in Jira cloud

Question

For company managed project, we are uploading issues from CSV, the issue id and Parent fields are not in the drop down list while mapping to jira field in Map fields phase.

but for team managed project, those are available. How to fix it so that that can import to company managed project?

Seems you are importing via CSV 'search issues' -> 'Import issues from csv'; which doesn't have import per your ask; you may need to import via 'External Import' of 'Import and Export' in Admin section.
