Is there any way to display custom field values bases on JQL Query Search?

I need a multi select drop down custom field that shows the Values using the JQL Query in a project? Any suggestion or plugin would be helpful.

Note: We tried "Power custom field" Plugin. Unfortunately we are facing issue with a plugin and reported to plugin vendor.

You might try the ScriptRunner Behaviours app. That's the only one I know that might come close.

I do not use that app. You would have to check directly with the vendor.
