I am the project admin, my form is set to be "Open".
I can reach the form but others outside my team cannot; for them, it says: Unavailable.
I've tried to toggle the form to Limited and Back to Open, and even built a new form with the same issue type and it has a similar effect.
I do however have one form that is working, but the setting match apart from the issue type it's creating.

Thanks for reaching out to the community ,can you check whether the users not able to access the issues are they having project access?
They are not part of my project, but the form is set to "Open" which should include all users in my Jira instance. However, they can submit on the other form that is part of the same project.
