I want to organize my structure in such a way that it displays all issues filtered by specific criteria, such as Q4 or from Dec 21 to Dec 31, grouped resource-wise. Additionally, I need guidance on how to utilize Flex Items in Jira.
Hello @Sadia Saleem For filtering a structure, you can either use a Filter generator or a quick filter. Both can use a JQL-query in the settings, defining the scope of issues that should be displayed.For grouping, Group generators and quick groupers can be used. If your resources are defined via values in a field, you can select that field in either grouper's configuration.As for Flex Items - you can find more information about what it is, including some use-cases in our documentation.I hope this helps.
