Since around 11:00 AM yesterday, I have lost access to all my Jira spaces.
These were spaces where I previously held administrator privileges.
While I can access the settings for each space, I am unable to access the Kanban boards, lists, or individual tickets within them.
I noticed I had been removed from the settings for each space, so I added myself back as an administrator, but the issue persists.
I assumed this was related to the problem that occurred yesterday, so I waited for a resolution.
Even after the issue was supposedly resolved and I logged back in, I am still experiencing the same problem.
Could this be an issue unrelated to the problem Atlassian experienced yesterday?
Or is it related, but simply taking more time to reflect the fix on my account?
Hello @한지혜_Jihye Han_
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you working with a paid subscription or a free subscription?
Does this involve boards for Company-managed spaces or Team-managed spaces?
Is this for Business, Software, or Service spaces?
You can get that information from the View All Spaces page.
Are you able to view work items for those spaces using the Filter > Search work items option?
What happens when you try to view the boards? Do you get a message? If so, what is the message?
Hello.
This is a company account, and I know we are using the highest-tier plan.
Although I have global permissions in Jira, I am currently unable to access any spaces.
When I open a ticket link, neither the ticket content nor the ticket fields are visible.
The Kanban board tab has disappeared entirely, making it impossible to access the Kanban boards for any of the spaces.
If I follow a link to a Kanban board, it redirects me to the List tab;
on that tab, a warning icon appears next to the filter, accompanied by the message, "There are no work items here yet."

Thank you for that additional information.
None of the Global Permissions in Jira are intended to give a user browse access in all spaces. That is handled at the space level.
Is this impacting your access to Business, Software, or Service projects?
Are any other users having a similar experience?
Have you confirmed that you are logged in with the correct account? Have you tried clearing your browser cache, using a different browser app, or a private browser window?
Here are some other things to check.
Review the Permission scheme assigned to the space. Make sure you are assigned to a role or group associated with the Browse Projects permission.
Is there a security scheme associated to the space? Are you assigned to roles or groups that would enable you to see the items where a security level is set?
