The tags on your post indicate you are using a Premium subscription. Is that accurate? Have you been paying for a premium subscription?

Are you the administrator for the Jira application or the Atlassian Cloud Organization under which this Jira instance exists?

In only one project missing or are all projects missing?

When was the last time you successfully accessed the data?

It would be best to reach out to Support, because only they can check what happened in the backend.

Did you check the audit log to see whether anything specific happened, such as issues or the project being deleted?

Please provide all the information that @Trudy Claspill asked for, as she raised several solid questions.
