I cant Reactive my Subscription for Zephyr Scale

Question

Everytime i open the zephyr scale this one shows up

"No license for SmartBear Zephyr Scale plugin has been found. Please purchase a license via the Atlassian Marketplace and try again.

If you think this message is wrong, please contact your JIRA administrators."

I already tried to add a billing payment method and when i try to reactivate it wont let me.
