I am not able to access rovo chat been on premium Jira subscription

I am on Jira premium subscription and still cant access Rovo AI features. The icon is missing of rovo chat on Jira . I dont have access to make Rovo agents and facing lot of issues related to automation .

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you an organization admin as well, or only a Product Admin on the Jira app? Rovo is included with paid Cloud plans, but it still has to be switched on at the organization level, and a Product Admin cannot see or change that.

Things I would check with an org admin at admin.atlassian.com:

• Apps > AI settings > AI-enabled apps and confirm Jira is listed there
• Rovo > Rovo access and confirm Jira is not on the blocked list
