How to set a resolution for multiple transitions at once?

Hi everyone!

I've got a question about workflow transitions in Jira. I've got 4 different transitions that lead to the Canceled status, and I want to set the Resolution field via a post function. Do I need to add the post function to each transition separately, or is there a way to handle this all at once?

There is this "Allow all statuses to transition to this one" option which allows you to set the post function to update the resolution every time the issue is transitioned to the target status but since I'm not using it in this workflow, any suggestions on how to handle this?

when you're adding transition don't add new transition but click reuse transition. Then just add setting resolution to that transition

@Tomasz Kowalczyk thank you so much! That did the trick. I created 4 different transitions, but reusing just one allowed me to set the same post function to all four at once, which saved me from manually clicking through each of them.

The sad part now is that I need to set up 4 transitions from Canceled back to the initial statuses, and I can't reuse the transition since the destination statuses are different. So, I'll need to set the post functions manually for each one.
