Hello,
I'm setting up a new project. In it, there are several fields that must be divided into different sections. I've been thinking to separate these sections with a message custom field (for edit). The problem is that the field name appears too, so this solution is not aestetically pleasing. Below an example:
What I want is to hide the words "Connection 1 (input data)", which represent the field name, and leave only the box below containing "CONNECTION 1".
Please also note that these sections must be replicated in view/edit screen, transitions and opening screen.
Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions on this topic.
Thanks!
Best regards,
Gerardo D.
I'm afraid you can't do that. The display of the name of a field is something Jira is doing, not the field itself, and Jira's code doesn't have anything in it to say "and in this case, do not display the field name"
The best you can do is use an innocuous or near invisible name for the message fields, like "Warning:" or "Please note:" or "."
I was afraid of that.
Anyway, thank you for your support!
