How to export JIRA Cloud Vulnerability report and find release notes in my JIRA product

Dear Team,

Is atlassian provide vulnerability report logs for JIRA cloud. If yes then how should we export/download vulnerability report in JIRA.

Also I want to find a latest release notes of my JIRA cloud.

Please provide steps/process for this points.
