1. Let's say I have Jira0001
2. I'm cloning the JIRA0001
3. A new cloned JIRA0002 was Created But the JIRA0001 was not linked while cloning.
NOTE: I believed this feature was exists in 2024.

Yes as stated by the documentation here, the link is created while Jira is cloning the issue. Can you check if there is an automation that delete the link ?
