How can i filter my work log hour, When ticket was handover to other person?

Hi Friends,

We are looking for time spend by individual assignee, Currently we are able to get time spend by each individual by using "Workload Pie Chart" gadget.

ISSUE: If am working on one ticket, Am not able to complete it before end of my shift... Am giving handover to second shift guy the same ticket. I have logged in for 4 hours in that ticket. second shift guy assigned the same ticket to his name and he resolved and updated work log for 2 hours. The whole 6 hours logged in time showing in his name.

Need Solution: If two persons are updating the work log in the same ticket, How we can filter it?

We started using ActivityTimeline plugin recently, we use it both for planning and tracking.

Usually, when I want to get report on time logged by my team, I can filter and group by people or project quite well using this plugin’s tracking feature. I can assign 1 task to 2 or more people in desirable time proportion, it’s cool

Hello,

I think that you will need a plugin (maybe Tempo timesheet).

Or you can write some code using the api to get all the value you need in a csv and make some graph.
